Taking good care of your beauty products is as important as caring for your skin. I believe both are equally important, as your skin can get badly affected by the misuse of harmful beauty products. Keeping your cosmetics neat and clean and free from germs & bacteria will help you avoid different types of skin infections.

In my personal experience, I have come across to stage when my skin gets affected because of the reactions of expired beauty products. Since then I have been super conscious of handling beauty products with great care, so want to share a few precautions with you all.

While talking about a few precautions, I would suggest.

. First of all, read the expiry dates with great care while buying beauty products. It’s appreciating if you have knowledge about the ingredients and you follow that too.

. While buying new beauty products, always try them on your hands or wrists in particular.

.You need to wash your hands before applying a makeover.

. Wash your makeup brushes of eye shades, blush, eye-shades, and countering brushes every few days and always keep them clean, particularly to be on the safer side, it’s good to wash the puffs and sponge to apply foundations, pancake, powder, on daily basis.

You should always close the covers of tubes and jars of the beauty products.

. Avoid the makeup applicators of your personal use with others. You are supposed to learn “How to Say No”, instead of giving your products with a big no inside and a big smile on your face.

. Don’t use whatever it is immediately or generally recommended by a dear friend, TV, Radio, Fashion Magazine, etc

. Do not use everyday beauty products for more than three months, especially the eye makeover. Replace eye products in particular.

. Preferably apply soft tissues or cotton for the cleaning purpose, because hard or rough stuff can produce rashes on the skin.

. Do not forget to remove makeover, especially eye make, and mascara when you are back home, predominantly before going to bed at night, this should be your routine to do cleansing daily; but after the heavy makeover, consider it as your duty to remove makeover first.

Though there can be even more precautionary measures about handling beauty products, we will share later on, but so far enjoy them. Cheers.
