No society can grow without the positive contribution of women. Women play an important role in transforming societies, and women’s empowerment programs are crucial to sustainable growth. Article 25(2) of the Pakistani Constitution provides that sex-based discrimination does not exist. They are securing gender equity strategies and policies, therefore. Pakistan’s national system reflects a 2025 vision to ensure that women have fair access to all income from construction and social facilities. Consequently, over the past few decades, the mindset and the culture were bit transformed in societies like Pakistan, especially in the big cities, media and education play their extensive role in empowering girls through education and knowing their basic rights but still lot more work to do in this way for women rights in Pakistan.
But one of the core challenges in the big cities is unknown, which is about the educated, cultured females who are empowered, responsible, and who work and take care of their homes and children at the same time. They can do all these jobs with immense responsibility and care. Still, the problem occurs when they face criticism from the member of their houses and from the society they live in, as truly independent and empowered. However, they are still forced to depend on that male who is less capable violent, and abusive just because their elder’s mindset is traditional, a very important statement that parents give to them is yes we know he is wrong. Still, you have to compromise Because people think that she is educated and works that’s why she wants independence. They don’t know how to take care family and home.
The whole idea is education gives awareness to women and empowers them, they know their social and religious rights and they are capable of pursuing but the society they live in the mindset they are facing are not educated, aware, and cultured, so in a way they couldn’t adjust in the mindset they faced in the society, so we need to educate the whole society and break the old patterns, positive working environment plays a pivotal role but the real game change occur when girls focus on their child upbringing especially puts their boys on positive path. A girl’s moral education not only changes one person’s life but also affects the generation.
