Parwaish has finally come to an end; it has left a mark that drama fans will remember for a long time. From its first episode to its last, the drama stood out for its powerful acting, emotionally charged writing, and thoughtful direction. Writer Kiran Siddiqui gave depth to every single character, making sure no role felt unnecessary.
Even the director, Syed Messam Naqvi, stepped in front of the camera, playing the role of Wali’s boss and mentor, a character full of wisdom, warmth, and advice. In the last episodes, his scenes with Wali became the heart of the story. When the boss passed away, many viewers, including me, couldn’t hold back tears. But the most emotional moment came in the finale when Wali opened his laptop and listened to his boss’s last recorded message, a moment so heartfelt it broke many hearts.
The cast of Parwaish truly brought the story to life. Veteran actor Naumaan Ijaz once again proved why he is a legend, Savera Nadeem delivered a performance full of emotion, and Aina Asif, Bakhtar Mazhar, Nazar Ul Hassan, Abul, Shamin Hilaly, Arshad Mehmood, Sanam Ansari, Saad Fareedi, Rehman Rafiq, and Samar Jafri all shone in their roles. Samar Jafri impressed not just as an actor but also as a talented singer.
The finale gave viewers a long-awaited moment: Wali finally meeting his father (JB). After all the misunderstandings, complaints, and pain, a hug brought peace to their relationship. It was a reminder that sometimes, in life, we just need to listen, forgive, and treat each other with kindness. Sometimes, in life, we just need to listen, forgive, and treat each other with kindness.
The drama’s music also left its own magic. The two OSTs, one in Samar voice and the main track sung by Ustad Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan, became instant favorites among fans.
While some viewers wished to see more of Wali and Maya’s scenes, the core message of Parwaish remained clear; it wasn’t just a love story, but a tale about family, parenting, and the struggles between generations. Parwaish has closed its chapter, but the emotions, lessons, and moments it gave will stay with the audience. For many, it wasn’t just another drama; it was an experience.
